Will someone please tell me the easiest way to wire in my wipac spotlights so they come on when I turn on main beam on my 90?

the easiest way is to scotchlock them into the live on yer main beam but this is by no means safe. you really need to fit a relay in the system.

I really am stupid : once i fit the relay how do i tap into the feed from the main beam. When i try and trace the wire i lose it as doon as it goes through the front bulkhead

Nah, you ain't matey. Tap in anywhere for your feed to trigger the relay, it only by it's nature needs a very small current, the important bit is the good, (fused) live feed to power your spots. Easiest way, though not nessacelery (!) the neatest is straight from the battery..............er, you don't got an airbox going spare do you? Even a part number might be help?

follow the wireing diagram on the side of the relay and put a fuse into the feed from the battery to the relay
