Does anyone know what this Sat Nav is? Was it a standard fit at some point, or is it some after market system?

not a clue what sat nav it is, but you need fuel

It's a picture grabbed from eBay.
I'm sure I've seen one before with the same looking system and wondered if it was an alternative to the standard fit one. I'm guessing it is some aftermarket thing though.
