Hi I'm looking for ideas / advice on what I can do to up my bhp/torque on my 2006 td4 ?

Any advice is welcome

EGR bypass
Cyclone PCV
silicon hoses
Ronbox (New name for synergy box) or a remap (or both - see Energy tuning website for 170bhp)
Pipercross air filter
Larger intercooler
Millers ecomax
250ml 2 stroke mineral oil/tank

drilled grooved brakes to cop with extra power.

First make sure the engine is running perfectly without any issues before you do anything, or, as I found out, the mods will just exaggerate any problems your engine has.

Re-map cost me £150 and give me another 40bhp and also returning around 45 mpg on a long run. (Mines manual not a thirsty auto in the first place).

Also done the EGR blank mod

I add 250ml of 2 stroke to every tank of fuel too

Mine pulls a twin axle 26ft caravan 60mph all day long and pulls 55mph up steep hills no bother.

Oh I have done the cyclone crankcase breather and silicone hoses too next will be a larger intercooler if I want more horses!!

3 litre BMW turbo and high flow uprated injectors,Jeremy Fearn remapped ECU, Jeremy Fearn intercooler, re-designed Turbo boost pipe and a reading of 210 bhp.. Not really practical for road use though as it will spin it's wheels in 3rd, 4th and 5th gears

Lol I don't need that much power haha
