Well we are back and I have caught up with you lot .
OMG what a load of useless info I have had to wade through and take in.
But I will be back in the am to join in with the resources.
But before I go to bed, I will say it’s always a great feeling to lay down in your own bed, as much as the few days away have been great.
All We can say is Prague is a great place to put on your bucket list

Morning, well the steroid infusion has done it's job and I have some movement back. If they get the new meds sorted in a couple of weeks then I should have sustained movement. I am hopeful
You might get a big surprize keep your doors locked in case beadles aboot (I really mean kurt) but
