Eye was int cubs un then the bastids moved me ter scouts. Ah dint like it so stopped going.
I was an Air Cadet. Loved it. might have tried to join if my eyesight had been up to it!
I often hear this about scout groups. My stepson was an Air cadet and also loved it, the two dottirs were guides or even scouts (was that possible back then?) and Wifey was a guider. They all loved it too, and formed lasting friendships. We even know venture scouts who got married.
I think a lot of the enjoyment is down to the peeps running it. Guessing your peeps weren't much good.:(:(:(

I am currently being vilified on Nextdoor.co.uk for daring to suggest that maybe peeps shouldn't encourage urban foxes.
All good fun!!!!:D:D:D
Talking of urban foxes just been for 5 mile river walk and big male fox just off the path
Oh and for the religious folks a picture of the burning bush !

It has been a pleasant day and we got some more work done in the garden. Well I say garden, more like a patio and a shed :)
Going to have a day off tomorrow. I have a couple of interviews next week as I am planning on rejoining the rat race
I had plans for today. Beeb weather said it was gonna be dry all day. Then it started p1ssing down about 10 o'clock. So I did sod all.

Oh dear, not good news.:(:(:(
Have to say I'd never have one. They don't even make decent ice. Stick with the ice trays mate!;)
But I'm with your Mrs, it should be right.
Lost track, is this the second one?
What with you and @Hippo freezers aren't doing well this year!:mad::mad:
Best of luck !:):)

The other one we had for 5 years was superb, even when it froze all the fridge contents, im sure
it was caused by the misses over filling it, once it was emptied & switched back on it ran fine for weeks.
This is the 2nd new one.
