As I have now got it covered by AVG I am quite happy with it. Of the two purchases I am much happier with this one.
Never having had a smartphone before it is a bit of a learning curve, but I think i am getting there.
HOWEVER, if i simply want to dial a phone number, I cannot figure out how to do it, unless the person's number is already a contact.

Very glad to hear this!!Son has been seen by his GP and it looks like they will actually take some action to help make him well.
