Yep, it always confued everyone when i sat with my head near my ankles, by rolling into a ball helps, weirdly.
A very oily bolognese was the finisher for me, a very bad attack mixed with pancreatitis thanks to blocked bile ducts made for a miserable week!

Ha, my daughter is moving into her new house .... bit by bit, as we paint and fit shelves, build flat pack stuff ... she works in retail so has shite hours and is five months pregnant ... gonna be some recovery time isn't it ...
