My freelander is the bestist and has:

Comfortable seats. dont understand

enough power to accelerate 0 to 60mph in 10 seconds. why?
brakes that actually work. 67 to 0mph in 4 seconds. thats what the car infront is for
space for 4 passengers to travel in comfort. where do the other 8 sit?
a heater that works. nope lost me
headlights that actually light up the road ahead. that why i have some on the roof
no rust. lies, dam lies!
a radio you can hear. er?
4 wheel drive. check
electronic brake force distribution. ???
boot space big enough to put in everything i need. even ya pig?
a diagnostic socket i can use to fault find it. dont get silly faults you cant find, only big easy ones you can
electric windows and mirrors. you close them?
go anywhere ability oft road. eye
enough power to tow a caravan if i want to be a snail.
Can actually steer round corners and follow the road ahead. thats not possible
doesn't have any water leaks. you have no doors then
looks smart and is presentable.
Doors that dun't fall oft.
Comfortable on long journeys.

we need the oil stains, then we know that we still have oil in the tratter! hope the letter H is under cover for you, i hear you have car-pits in your gaylanders

The mud in the car park washed away naturally. We regularly wash our Freelanders. You can see the tarmac now. :)

Do we!!!!!!!!!!!!,personally I like it dirty!!!....................................................................................Oh ****,wrong forum!!!!:D:D:D:D:D:D

Go anywhere ability oft road.
.

The rest MIGHT have a little bit of truth in them, but THIS :jaw::eek::eek::eek:

I invited a Freelander on one of our trips, there were only two real obstacles on it.

We had to tow the Freelander out of both :D:D:D:D:D

I dont think my road car would have done that much worse :p:p:p

Yer but no but when driving a Freelander you have to choose yer route carefully. He could have got round it on either side from what I see of the pic's.

I think part of the fun going out in a Freelander is the fact that you have to work with what you've got available. You have to choose yer route carefully or at least judge what you think you can doo. I've been to play days where peeps have super low ratio's and 40 inch thin wheels. They can go up slopes which look impossible. They can do so at low revs as the gearing is so low. For them it's about building something that can do all obstacles. But having a go anywhere vehicle like a unimog would bit a bit boring.

The little Diahatsu which went on its side later in the trip on Belford, drove straight across it :D:D
