Suns' out, sun's in, showers out, sun's out etc.
I can always offer you some work to do!Dishes washed and put away
Clothes washed and ironed
House hoovered
Disco not broken
The rest of the day is mine
Thanks for the offer, but I think I'll just enjoy knowing that I don't actually need to do anything more today.I can always offer you some work to do!
Has anyone in our happy band done the Land's End to John O'Groats trip in a Landy before?
The other half is not too keen lol as 840 miles for the trip plus we have got to get to the start and back home makes it over 1700 miles probably in 10 days
I have just shown your post to the other half, her face when she saw your Mrs did it in an S1 and in 3 days!!!Yep the mrs . In the S1 but it’s 1500 miles 3 days on the endurance rally & your not using the motorways.
Me I’ve done it twice in the lorry.
They are doing this again in the S1 December this year.
Very boring journey up the motorway until you get above Carlisle.
A woman's intuition! She will still need convincing our D90 will make it without falling apart
A woman's intuition!
Pity your motor won’t fit in my lorry I would have dropped you off in December at John o groats. You could then have drove back.
Biggest problem is speed. If you can sit over 56 you won’t get affected by lorries.
Do a few days on long hours/miles then you can admire the views up north slowly with lots of stops.
There are plenty of LZR up north to help.
Now try to convince the mrs.
It's one of my dreams. But need to sort some sound deadening out first.Has anyone in our happy band done the Land's End to John O'Groats trip in a Landy before?
