OK, I'll put you out of you misery.
The Collins is a Highball made with "charged" water, (soda water for us Brits) which you put in slowly so it stays sparkling.
The Fizz is made the same way but the soda is put in fast so it fizzes and then it is strirred so it makes a kind of head at the top of the glass.
So that's the diff, one is stirred the other ain't!

Well it makes me laugh!!! 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

I thought one was made in a shaker, tis been a while since I was behind a bar.. whilst on the subject of bars im making
my big shed into a bar.:cool:
I had a feeling you worked in eSpain behind a bar, so maybe your experience was a bit, well a lot, different than mine.
So you have a big shed/bar and a noo garage???!!! You'll be like Jay Leno before long!! 🤣🤣

Yup I'll put the kettle on.......long wait for fuel off me 🤣🤣
True story.
We live on the GR7 Which means "Grande Randonnée 7" which is one of the hiking routes that they have in various places in France.
So we get all sorts of hikers, horse riders, peeps hiking with donkeys, etc going past our place, especially in the summer.
A friend of ours, Etienne, had a house a bit further up the same road.
One day a bunch of German hikers came past his place, saw the tables he had on his terrace and sat down. He went out and asked them what they would like they responded with " a beer, a glass of white wine etc" so he pops back into his house gets them what they asked for and gives it to them then he sits down with them and partakes of a drink himself.
They look at him, a bit askance, and ask him what he is doing.
He tells them "Well this is my house, I am simply having a drink with you , now what are you doing? "
They never realised that his place was not some sort of café! So fun was had by all!
Anyway this sort of thing was par for the course with Etienne who is a barrel of laughs despite his getting on in years!
Fabulous bloke. He has a fascinating collection of weapons that he brought back illegally from Algeria when he was over there as a dog handler. One is like a side-by-side shotgun but with a third barrel underneath which is far more serious, supposedly the Germans called it a "survival" weapon. Never seen the like of it since.
