No its not.....
I know someone who was recently went through a court battle & this was the only thing that got moneys back. No terms or re-payment terms were written up. If he just done a transfer it would be gone & nowt would recover the funds.
Chicken shed all ready to accept tomoz's lot of 3. Least we have ever bought.
Went to doc's in the arvo with and re W. left with no prescrip from Doc, well none where we'd get dosh back.
Had to pick myself up from the floor!
Went to see neebs whose grandaughter is in a real bad way. She is 32 and has had a deformed leg from birth, although to look at her in clothes you'd think "wow".
Well this poor girl has really been through the mill with it, talk of it being cancerous, etc. Recently, Christmas Day in fact, the surgeons were all set to amputate it but at the last minute did something like put stents in it as if it was a heart, but had to open it from the foot to the top.
She has been depressed about all this for a long time but has taken all this really badly, she is anorexic, only weighs 35 kilos, and alcoholic. Said neebs wife came home one day to find she had broken in by stealing her ma's keys, (they live nearby) and had passed out nearly after necking neat Pernod from the bottle. Neeb was pooping herself with all the "what ifs" like, "What if she had fallen down the stairs and I had found her dead?"
As a result she is totally depressed about her, cannot stop thinking and crying about her. She can barely walk anywhere only goes out once a week to the market. The doc has given her anti-depressants but she won't take them.
We kept steering the convo away from this and managed to make her laugh a bit and talk about other stuff. Such a shame to see the effect all this is having on such a lovely lady.
Grand-daughter is in an institution near Toulouse, no phone and closely monitored, prolly locked up at least at night. We know her dad quite well, and at least one of her sisters. It is all so sad and we too feel so powerless to help. We are both going to make a real effort to see if we can visit her a lot and find stuff to do with her to maybe take her mind off it. They have been and still are such good friends to us. Heartbreaking.

There is some in his kitchen that we could chop out, he was talkin about replacing it as it wasnt fitting properly in the corners &
some shady DIY eggspert had a go at fitting it..
