Thanks all for your kind words. It took me an hour to get up from my pit to struggle off to the loo - but I did get there.
I do need an osteopath but as my husband does not drive and I do not have an alternative idea to get somewhere, it will have to wait until some form of 'normality' returns. The strange thing is that the sitting position is the only comfortable position I can find - getting into it is another matter!
