We get them big buggers too.

You can certainly hear them coming, going to a plant and flower sale tomorrow its a 2 day event every year have been meaning to go for the last 10yrs 😂 having a big problem with wild boar at the moment, may be time to get the villages up to leand a hand thay love a day out with banter and some of the hard stuff , got the floor sorted yet ?

Watched that and thought, why do you need a new 1 next year?
So goggle to the rescue :).

So end of the day a Honey Bee hive would be betterer?

Oh loads round here and natural honey is about 3quid a jar (a big jar:p) from our local guy. Sometimes its runny sometimes its solid, depends on the time of year.

Eye is new to bee manufacturing. It ses bumbles live for 3 months ish but give oft new queens that start up their own family. That would create about 6 more bumble families locally.

No more JRL to Merka ferra bit it seems. Merkins will have to do with their own dodgy tat ferra while..

Tangentially, if your avrij swanky Merkin can't now afford a Porch, Merc, Lambo, Furry, Buggi, whatever, is there a viable MAGA alternative?
And down goes the value of old exportable defenders people have been hoarding for export to the yanks.

Over here we get a all black bumblebee about 40mm in length completely harmless and sound like a spitfire 🐝🐝
We get them in Frogland too. Scared the poop out of us when we first saw them as we thort they might have been some awful sort of hornet.
Ours aren't quite as long but they are all in black and behave exactly like other bumbly bees.

Due to the wild boar we have two hunts that pop them off, when they can. They don't exactly decimate the numbers though. So far they haven't bothered our land, but if a vine grower gets them in his land.....

As part of W's buthday pressies, bought her a set of jeweller's scales.
Arrived, fine, got the box open, read all the "thou shalt nots" etc then came the bombshell.
"To calibrate..."

Which involves the presence of either a very special 200g or a 2000 g weight. Can't just use a bag of sugar.
Well thank you, you dicks!!! That wasn't part of the Amazon advert!!:mad::mad:

This'll teach me to buy one that is NOT a cheapo. Comes from a bunch in Knaresborough. (But I bet it was made in china.)

And you should read all the acclimatization warnings.
Fink I'm gonna have to send it back. :( It was only twice the price of a common-or-garden one.
Humph! :(
