It won't be the council or its helper. Yer may have somefink 'sniffing' on yer phone. Eye hadda compass app that would tell facebook my location. FB would email near by groups for me to join. Me anti virus spottid it and teld me it was a naughty app. So eye deleted said compass.

I don't do glass myself but it does etch well if you get the settings correct. I think that the image is a mock up as the text is flat.I have bought my wife a little present.
It's just a silly thing, a glass and a placemat. She does love her Jameson's.

Just got W to put the heating on in the bedroom, and to find a way to plug the electric blanket in. I also wore a jacket around town for the first time since about April.

Having been to the vets with our two to get their jabs up to date, a new vet had a look at Matty's mouth, spotted an ulcer and mentioned that in a previous practice she had seen a cocker with a similar problem. Sadly an immunoresponse thingy, very hard to treat and expensive if you chose to go the whole hog. (First vet to really have an idea about all this.)
But she did recommend other cheaper treatments and to get them over the internet as it is cheaper still.
This was already good.
So I went to reception and the lady there gave me a leaflet and told me how it works.
I went home and signed up straightaway. They took my order to be delivered, and this is the key part, to the vet's practice, a "click and collect" as the Frogs LOVE to call it!
So, no prescription cost from the vet, which in the UK we found a bore plus having to put up with the vet's bad temper when we didn't want to buy it from him. And of course the internet company is sure that we aren't ordering something unsuitable.
I picked it up today, so about 48 hrs after hearing about it.
Really chuffed!!
Now why can't UK vets and internet companies do this?? Eh??

Having fallen off the diet and booze wagon some months ago I was dismayed to find my weight creeping inexorably upwards.
So I am doing my best to have 2 "fasting" days each week where very little is consumed (Mon & Fri).
Seems to be working, down from 14-6-8 to 13-13-8.
I just have to keep it up is all.
Have a lovely day.
