I've just been informed on good authority, by our Landyzone team in Ireland, another EV Evoque has not been purchased yet.

Well done guys I'll buy you a Guinness next time.

What's the weatherr doing no fire's I hope 😕😕
Thanks, fortunately not. There are very strict rules in Portugal regarding care of the land and vegetation within certain distance of a house, due to the fires which have occurred.

It's quite cool at night which is a relief, after a hot 5 hour drive, but it was quite sultry and humid this afternoon because it started off cloudy.

You should pay him more......
(Oops, forgot!!;););)🤣🤣🤣)

My knees was why Christophe helped me with mine, he lifted about 130 4 kg tiles up onto the roof and took the same number of old ones back down. I would have taken weeks to do it without him.

We done not too bad considering, roughly 180 slates including cuts at the far away gable end. It was scorching & the
sweat was dripping off me having to go up n down the ladder, having to move it every 8 slates plus carry them up one ladder
and go along the roof & down the other ladder to start at the far side & work back. 🤪 😅😅
I will take a couple of pics tomorrow.
Yesterday I think I put on about 250, so its been a great couple of days & I cant thank my pals enough. :):)

Just caught up with me mandatory licks. Been missing for a couple of days at me bike club's annual rally. Very small affair compared to previous ones - mainly due - I think - to advancing age of owners and no youngsters coming through (I went in me Landy and slept in me tent). Held at the Newark Show ground this year, and right next door to a most interesting air museum. Plenty of beer drunk, noisy band last night, met up with good mates not seen for a couple of years. Didn't get much sleep and now need a nap.
