C (Christophe, out new neighbour) came round good as gold at 0800 this a.m. to help wiv the roof.
It is so disheartening to see how many more tiles are fubar, than I/we expected. .
Hard work having to maintain one's footing on the tiles etc. We stopped at 1100. My legs felt like jelly and are now aching in weird places. Still we got a lot done. Hot as heck over here. 32 in the shade, and obvs we weren't in the shade!!
He'll be coming back at 0600 Widnesday morn. Hope the dew will be off the roof! We may then get it finished.
Wondering how many more tiles I will have to get hold of.:(

Have good days folks!:):):)

My noo trainers didnt turn up, evri or hermes whaterver they are called now are useless.:mad:
TBH it is always down to the individual driver, we had one Hermes driver who was a total waste of oxygen, but the lady who took over his round is fabbo!
But if you know it you can at least take steps even if all that means is a complaint.
Our useless one didn't leave he got sacked. Due to multiple complaints.

Morning All. :D

Awful night. My knee gave way while getting out of the bath.
It's been painful all night. I have a support on it now and am able to walk.
The pain is in straightening the knee from crooked. :(
Have a great day, it is going to be a scorcher for sure. :D

You're the fourth person reporting knee pain and problems, I wonder if it's the rising atmospheric pressure ...
