My boy seems to be enjoying the XBOX event in LA.

I was the 1 that recommended the bubble wrap to you ;), so once on it will warm in a few days. Prediction is 20 by Wednesday.
Start up we put fast chlorine in, and some "big tablets" in the shark. Its a boost to get it going before the salt chlorinator can catchup. PH minus too will go in soon. The chemical chlorine dissipates fast in the sun its just start up.

J
Were you? I forget! But thanks anyway!!!
Maybe it is because we don't expect to use the pool much before July.
We leave the chlorinator and the pump on an hour a day throughout the time we are not here maybe thats why our startup seems easy.
I seem to remember that your pool is a lot bigger than ours. We "only" have 45 cubic metres of watter in it!

Event or company;).

J
I think he may be enjoying both. I know she has had a fab time. Her US based sister bought her a pass to the LA tour bus and she has seen all the sights while he's been working. He did get an exclusive invite to a Microsoft "Internal Only" meeting too as he is a key influencer in that space and he has been trying hard to get an inside track to what is going on and future plans.
It may help his channel enormously. He is trying to make the transition from "hobby" to day-job and it's an uphill climb.
He's running out of money and the channel isn't quite self-sustaining yet. It's costing me to keep him afloat. :(

We are around 80+ I think and we don’t run anything over the winter.

1 hour a day with cover will certainly help.

Having had one pump seize up we are very wary of not running ours regularly, So I set a timer to run it and the chlorinator 1 hour a day spread out so that even with powercuts at least half of it will be during cheap electric time.
With the salt, even diluted, it should be proof against frost damage, but we err on the safe side.

Train  we was poor. But as family owned a garage we had a car and petrol was, well🤔.
Where we went to I can’t actually remember, I just remember the bridge at Gravesend as a kid it was great when/if we had to actually stop for it:).

J

The only time a bridge caused us grief, was when we took the ferry across to North Woolwich to catch the 101 bus to East Ham Town Hall, (where Nana and Granda lived), and sometimes the bridge was up on the Dock road ...

Ok, so I have been thinking about @kevstar and his copper filled kitchen.
Thinking that although he isn't that tight fisted it did seem a bit over the top.
Then I sussed it.
I bet he was in one of those kitchen showrooms with his missus and some greasy salesman type was giving it all that,
"Would Modom prefer stainless, or ceramic, or resin or granite...." etc.
Until Kev basically lost it, stuck a finger in the greasy guy's face and said "See you, Jimmy!" and walked out.
So that is what he got stuck with!!!!! 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
