My bank account been frozen cause it looked like fraud oh aye like transferring money is a crime.:mad:
Bank card got swallowed in the cash machine, no diesel in the van I ordered a takeaway yer couldnt pay that either lol

Was a bit angry to say the least.
I hope you have given your bank merry hell on the phone.
They hide behind the "we are looking out for the customer" when it suits them, but when they fail to do that it is always "customer's fault". A banker is a person who lends you a brolly when the sun shines but wants it back the moment it rains.

I was at the supermarket checkout having just done the weeks shopping once and my debit card was "declined" even though there were hundreds in the account. Reason: a 1p test transaction requested by Vodafone when I set up my account with them earlier that morning. I complained about being made to look "disreputable" in a public setting. The paid me compensation. :)

My misses has just got 50 quid from virgin as the money I transferred her didnt show up in her account due to a tech issue.
She was on the phone for ages to get through to the bank so complained & they sent her the dosh.

I had that exact experience except mine was at the checkout of a French supermarket - very, very embarassing.
