Know u guys are extremely knowledgeable, I got a renogy split charge system including a solar panel to go onto the roof rails and wondering if I may quickly pick ur brains plse

My current battery is a yuasa 019 lead acid and would need a leisure battery, however don’t think an AGM would be any good seeing my alternator puts out up to 15.5 Vdc

Unless of course the DC to DV charger cuts the feed off at a certain level, often wonder if a lithium battery would be the ultimate leisure battery

Thks again as always and have a great Sunday

Good morning

Indeed and many thks ,, seems they double in Price after 4 x weeks

Once I’m ready will ensure I thin the items right down to the bare essentials

Doing some rough maths it seems to be cheaper if I get rid of the sofas , bed, white goods and buy all new seeing there large items so iif I can reduce the size should just have the bare minimum essentials

Think it would also be safer to sleep in a camp site instead of a side road etc

Thks again
Someone on ere may have storage space available. If its a tratterer it will be cheap. Give them yer used engine oil as payment.

It should advise if its suitable for lead acid or lithium batteries. Does it gave a fuller spec sheet?

😂😂, ref the oil

in that case all I’ll need is a shipping container to put into a farmers barn, lol

Great call, indeed when I’m ready I’ll ask in case someone will allow me to store the contents there for cash , certainally wouldn’t be any more than a 7.5 T lorry

Only wish I could oblige. Trouble is I need more storage space as it is.:(:(:(

Regardless of not having the space it’s still a very kind thought my friend and most appreciated, thk u

Indeed hopefully nearer the time I’ll be able to find a temporary storage place , here’s some quotes out of interest

£160 for the first 4 x weeks then £360 per month thereafter

But indeed will throw a lot of stuff away , dream place would be on a farm so then could possibly put my Discovery into a barn

Ps, out of curiosity do u do any greenlwning where u are plse

No, don't do any greenlaning. Not that I wouldn't like to, I just never seem to get organised to do "clubby" type things. Only being here October to April doesn't help.
