....we have a winner!
Clarke Vs. Emma Sleep Co.
The mattress is 3 years old and has developed "body wells" where each of us sleep.
I answered an article of theirs on Faceache to say well, yes it's a nice mattress but it doesn't last long.
They responded and asked me to raise a case with Amazon (the seller).
A bit of "to & fro" with them trying to say "normal wear & tear"; but a polite snottagram response from me and today they say "New Mattress, where do you want it delivered?" :D
That's useful to know, looking at a new mattress as our hippo one(forget the manufacturer) is getting on a bit. I think it's still fine but the wife doesn't like the stains from tea and stuff. Very slight welling but still comfy.
Was looking at Emma ones .

Ditto that. Our mattress must be getting on for eight years now and doesn't do the job any more.
Don't you turn em @DanClarke
?

Did you mean to imply that ''Only those with memory foam on the top can be rotated''? If so, that is not correct.
No, not at all, why would you think that?
I meant that you cannot turn them over, i.e so that the top surface becomes the bottom surface, but you can rotate them i.e. in the same plane so that the foot becomes the head.
Normal mattresses can be both turned and rotated. At prep school we had to turn our mattresses every day.

But people Nick them and think thay have a cheep freelander the same drive thay can't tell the difference 😃😃
Eye fink you will find a shopping trolly is much more like a tratter and nowt like a freelander. Tis just like a tratter. Limited top speed. Vague steering. No suspension. Seating that makes yer fink yer sat on the floor. Yer get wet when it rains. Whole fing vibrates on tarmac.
