There was "yowling" in the night, I am told, but I managed to sleep through it.
Came down and the boy's gone round his to work for the day and make sure the kids get to school.
Wife's fetting about one of the cats going AWOL.

all my issue have just melted away

Just done school run as I've been looking after 11 year old great grand daughter for a few days.
10 min drive took over 25 mins and 20 mins return
She's used a months internet in 3 days, drunk all my Ribena and 2 bottles of lemonade plus I've missed all my favourite programmes on the tele and radio and had no access to my computer.
Why don't kids know how to be tidy and do as they're told ??
Am I going to miss her............. ?? the jury's still out on that one
Now for a cup of tea and some me time

Just done school run as I've been looking after 11 year old great grand daughter for a few days.

Weather sunnyish today!
All present wrapping, card writing and posting done, except for 2 to the other decent neighbours.
In a few mins I'll be taking the first of the 4 parcels to our DPD neighbour who I just know will take them and send them off without allowing me to pay, So far I have managed to give them a decent bottle of wine and a corkscrew as Christmas presents.
We only this weekend discovered that they are moving the third of Jan next,
But at least it is only to Wimborne.
Such a shame, far and away our best neighbours.
Still, they are renting and the owners have to sell up, so nothing to do about it.
(They've got it on for far too much money, peeps are visiting and coming out almost as fast as they are going in! If it was reasonably priced the tenants would buy it.)
Looks like I might be yoked to the DIY plough later on.
