Twas pretty tragic. Guy who had only passed his test 2 weeks before on a fairly dangerous road on the side of a steep valley 5 up in an Austin A40 Farina. Lost it on a bend. The car hit a tree backwards 20 feet up it. Three girsl in the back, two died and one paralysed.
My Dad, my bro and me used to use that road every school day and we always said that it would take a tragic crash for them to put a proper Armco on that bend.
