Not just in Spain, I nearly got stuck at the bottom of a narrow street on a very steep hill in our local town of Mazamet. If I hadn't had low range I doubt I could have reversed out of it. No way I could have turned at the T junction at the bottom.

... that I have decided to kick the Chiropractic care into touch.
I was feeling like my neck would stabilise and then be de-stabilised after each visit.
While on paper & MRI the joint spacing is marginally better than at the start, it isn't a cycle of events I want to continue with.
I am going to let my body just rest & heal itself while I apply some gentle physiotherapy and traction.
E-mailed the practise and cancelled all future appointments and my Direct-Debit.
Let's see how it goes.
I might even try that new 5:2 diet. after all 5 bottles of spirits every 2 days sounds like fun!
