So this morning was spent getting, up having brekker then going to Poole hostible for a blood test.
Flipping traffic, road works and an hour's wait in the blood place.
Why?
Kidney function in case they have to inject a dye?
For a colonoscopy?
Beats me!
Enjoy the rest of the day folks!:):):)

Coz if yer kidleys is not wurkin well the dye can cause them to pack in wurkin all together ...

Re any op, do you have the option of gamma-knife or some form of radio therapy? ;)
I honestly don't know, and I don't want to rush my fences.
Report Weds. Follow-up with consultant to be scheduled after that (Ker-ching!). :D
He might say, "Stop moaning you whingey old git!" and tell me it is something I will have to live with.
A lot of the things online say such protrusions are either degenerative disease or as a result of trauma; and I know I had the trauma in 2017 when I tore my sub-scapular tendon off the humerus bone while protecting my head from hitting the deck (and landing on the neck/shoulders instead). :(

When did you fall into that concrete sign or something (was a while ago) I expect that didn't help!

As you say, don't sound like degenrative disease and if it was it'd prolly be more widespread.
They may be able to shave off the bits of disc which have herniated, which is why I asked if they could do it with gamma knife.
W had a similar issue after an accident and the blokes in Lunnen injected each disc with Caya Papain. Sadly it turned out she was allergic to this so she died on the operating table, of anaphylactic shock. Fortunately they managed to revive her and she woke up 3 days later looking like the Michelin Man Bibendum. She was written up in the Lancet as she was one of just a few who had survived this situation. But it did do the trick, for a while!! Sadly it also affected her brain a lickle bit. Her family say it changed her personality. I wouldn't know as it happened before i met her.
(I don't think they do it any more.)
So I hope they have a better way of sorting it out for you.;)
