And wot's worse is that I have shrunk from 5' 10 1/2 " to 5' 9" so it'll go against me.
But I not going for "ideal weight" just inside "overweight"
However always being game for a laugh, I'll give it a go and report back.
Bit more conscious of this today as recently heard my overweight mate has lost 4 stone this year. Mind you he was big to start with.....
Well BMI of 28 but bizarrely telling me I only need to lose 4.3 Kgs.
So actually an improvement on what I was expecting!

They also say my waist measurement is in bounds at 34".
