I need to exercise, so given my dislike of people in general and thereby any team sport or group activity, I has decided to go fer a swim inna sea this mornin. Summink I has not done fer about forty year.

It is all down to me. I have approached a rehab clinic in Lincoln to get some private sessions but I will go it alone for now as they are quite expensive!Fantastic! Are they providing some movement rehab assistance as well, or is that side of it all down to you?

Whilst I agree they should help, I think by the time I got an appointment for physio I would be walking anyway!
