Dont get dragged in:).
After yesterday's commets on your other fred. I had a look. there seem to be many better spec, better history, lower miles and cheaper (just) but as I didnt know your location so have no idea of distance.

Thank you for looking :) I'm literally down the road from that garage. The problem i have is getting around, even going to, say, see one 30 miles away, how do i get there? And back.. at least twice!

Jus by a BIC car mate, use it an bin it when the one you really want comes along.
I've thought about that, but a short term purchase chucks money away, ie buy high sell cheap

Is yer still finking ov buying a big Freelander?
Tell us what yer need to do wivvit and we'll pic a car for yer.
I don't think a freelander is big enough, i want to tow 3 big bikes, in a trailer I've already got. That's around 1.7t, plus all the associated junk i need.. 60L of fuel, tool box, bike clothes etc etc.. used to manage with a bmw estate and only 2 bikes, but it was fully loaded and didn't like the tow even though the weight was much less.
Aside from that i want to do some longer trips away, but still with a car load of junk, room for 3 adult passengers :D

It's a Martian word meaning "to drink" or "take in". In common Martian vernacular it means "understand".
Merkin....Martian.....very similar languages. And cultures it seems from the understanding of Merka around here.

Having worked for many years with your fellow countrymen. Nope that is not my understanding, but they need to be got early;).
You oldies have no chance of changing:p:D. specially if your whole world is the USA.

Are you saying we're more Plutonian than Martian? If so, you probably worked with Merkins from the east coast.

they were from all over, But I will say most have not travelled to another planet they consider they have their own world;):D:D.

But when I was there I still dont get the issue with walking 400m to the bar from hotel and back without being told out the window of a car to "get a cab man";), do your legs not work:confused:.
