Well two bits of news.....
First is that having cleaned the MAP/IAT and the MAF and subsequently disconnected the MAF, the Disco is running much better. So now a lot less worried about the drive home.:):):)
Second, not so good, is that we took the dogs to the vets toady for their vaccinations/inoculations and the vet showed us a pea sized lump on the oldest one.:( Well in her tummy, sort of thing.
Instructions to keep an eye on it.;)

i hate cooking for one, its the worst.
For a long, long time my wife worked away from home during the week so I cooked for myself. A lot of the time I ate lunch at work and only had "bits" in the eves, but sometimes I cooked propa fodda for myself. Stuff she didn't like, like hot curries and stuff.
And other times I experimented. i agree it ain't fun but it can be quite instructive.;)

I got fed up after a 5.5 months. Was quite glad when he arrived home

I don't know if it would interest you, but my Chiropractor recommended exercises from Callanetics.
I think her books are out of print but I have a copy in each country.
They sure as feck work for me when things get really bad.

and they are the total opposite of fuck-off mad energetic. They rely on low impact, slow movements of the core muscles. And stretches targeted at exactly the right areas.
