Mine was 05 focus, was great until it rusted underneath hence the lr2. The focus never missed a beat and took on rannoch mor in white out conditions no botherMines are too old for heated windscreens

Iso Propyl Alcohol.
I'll drink the first and use the second to clean stuff.
BUT I did some tests today on stuff like acetone and 70% alcohol, stuff bizarrely that is harder to get hold of in the UK and both still left a residue.
Wot I need is Servisol Autoklene 50 or Liqui Moly Nettoyant débitmetre d'Air Massique, (Or MAF cleaner to you and me) which don't leave a residue. Or an equivalent.
I would imagine Iso stuff might work but not sure.
Used to be able to get little bots for cleaning tape heads. and maybe for cleaning your glasses or Camera lenses.

I use IPA to prep surfaces that I put my cricut stuff on, never had a residue with it.
You could try that on the ""aircraft porn" part of the forum!
