As W is this and her daughter has been recently listed as this too,(she was working before) we can get onto her to tell us how to get the PIP etc if you like.

Thanks Stan, have been 'awarded' PIP hence the letter. My major concern is the way the different departments are not talking to each other. I am having to check compatibility of medication as they don't seem to be doing it themselves.
 
Never seen that site before just looked up mine, apixaban 126 interactions most cause bleeding :eek:
thats the problem, it lists everything, regardless of how minor, rare or 'acceptable' the risk.. which is why the medical professional is supposed to do it.. that said, not everyone knows everything about every drug, but they should read up before prescribing
