Piccy? I'm thinking of having the same mod. on mine....that the new LED light in the Utility room went in with minimal fuss & bother.
5ft double LED instead of the 4ft single fluorescent tube. Big difference for the same wattage.

That's sad DD.. Glad it was good up to that point. That takes me back a good few years! My dad had a building contractor business and, in those days, everything was hand made in his workshops and I well remember it being ankle deep in wood shavings when the men went home in the evening. We spent our time collecting all the 'pretty' shavings to use on ???????? ! But it was an idyllic childhood, sadly not to last as he died ( as a result of war injuries) when I was just 9 yrs old and the business closed down with everything sold off.

Sorry about the half golfball, @kevstar tis yer lymph node full of stuff fighting the infection in yer jab. You could try massaging it as your lymphatic system don't have no pump.
(Ministry of cr@p design, like the knee joint!!)
....must be funny having that in your armpit! My node seems to have an in built pump if its massaged.

Yes, that's what I need. I have no idea where the wires come from 'cos they are all behind the light - don't forget it was a 'compulsive' electrician who did all the leccy wiring.
....must be funny having that in your armpit!
It gave me a good laugh though.....must be funny having that in your armpit!
I just imagined him seeing a pic on the Top totty thread and promptly giving a Hitler Salute!!!It gave me a good laugh though.
Yerbut Kev has got balls in his armpit....must be funny having that in your armpit!
It is about the same size but it has a screwcutting gearbox. Made in 1953 so around 10 years newer! I am keeping the old one and will have one set up as Imperial and the other as metric. I am getting something else but as I have not seen it yet, I will keep that under my hatYou keep teasing with the "new" lathe Bigger? better? or just "I need another".
And what you gonna do with the old 1?
