So hiya all.
Wifey had the turkey trots since early this morn and is/was in a lot of pain too. Dunno why, she didn't eat anything outside of our house today and the Chinese don't usually cause her any problems, but it is manifesting itself like an reaction to some gluten. (Weird as it usually shows in less than 24 hours)
So I stayed in bed with her for ages and did nowt too.
Got an email from a company that will send me a drive belt for the cassette player.
So once that arrives I'll have to see if that'll fix it.
Nowt else to report.

Did you have to get up and change the channel for you folks?
I remember our first family telly in 1960. Channel changing was on a large dial which made a klunk like a fender changing gear.
Did you get special Haggis food for it? I think it eats Neeps and Tatties.

How many channels did you have in those days? Here in the United States there were maybe 3 or 4 major broadcasters.
Two channels. When I was in the west of scotland in the mid 70's we had just one channel. We went to the pub a lot -------
