Well it's sunny and dry here, which is good as I have to empty the fule tank on the big weed whacker, run the carb dry then gut the back of the Disco to put it in and take to the neebs for storage.
Tother neebs came over for drinkies and nibbles, we had a good time, they brought Prosecco, ffs. In France? FFS can't that stay away from us???
We gave them sparkling Saumur,;):):)
We did a whole load of posh nibbles from that book by the eastern looking burd with the big bristols who lives in a tiny place in Paris and cooks there and writes about it. good stuff though. Impresses the t!ts off the frogs!
Off to pick up the apple juice after we drop off the machine.
Hope it stays dry.
Have a good day folks

Oh poop, that looks so dodgy I am wondering how you are still functioning.
Are they offering you corrective surgery?
Sincerely sorry for you in all this.
All the very very very best in all this mate.
Thanks for the kind thoughts. It is a bit dodgy and I am concerned enough to fire off a missive to the quack to see if anything can be done, and exactly just "how worried" I ought to be.
But first some some tricycling Tues..Thurs. :)
It is causing me discomfort, but life is always uncomfortable at this age I find.

Morning All, still here :D
A dry and cool day today. :)
I anticipate rain and bad weather for the 3 days that I am away, of course. :)
Lots of packing to do, and thank you Govt. reminder service for letting me know yesterday that my MOT has expired and it is illegal to drive my car. :(
Luckily, my BIL came and took it away and will do the MOT today so I can load her up tonight and get an early start tomorrow.
Have a lovely day everyone. :D

My mum had/has issues with her back and was offered corrective surgery, docs said it could go
either way it would work or it wouldnt but a chance of her being stuck in a wheelchair and
being paralysed:eek:. She opted not to have the surgery and just live with the pain.
I do hope they can offer you a solution & I wish you all the best of British with it. ;)

Well got the apple juice.
Dropped the machine off and arranged to see tother neebs for a final apéritif.
Rang Cherbourg vets to arrange the "visite médicale" before the return and asked, "all casual like", if they did pet passports?
Without batting an eyelid the burd said yes, no problem, we can do it all at the same time.
I asked what paperwork she needed.
Nothing special she replied.
This looks like it might be a real result. If our vet doesn't come through.
Crossed fingers!:):):):)
Bonne continuation peeps!

That went well for the happy couple ...

Got the exhaust job done. Two hours on the ramps, cutting through the mid section pipe with a mini hacksaw - very awkward access, awkward working position lying on me back, and five minutes to put the new silencer on. Job jobbed.

2 hours  I have a dewalt replicating saw takes seconds to chop through exhausts wee bit longer
for scaffold tubes, very handy bit of kit. :)
