froo the insurance plan.
......and of course you'll keep the old one, fix it and then flog it on!!! Result!!!
(Wishful thinking)

Howdy folks...tis foggy here very very foggy o_O
Tis meant to be 27 degrees here today  I will be fibre glassing today.

Njoy yer day peeps. :):)

@Stanleysteamer not popped in I hope he's ok. :)
I'm ere.
Been very busy.
Went to chiro.
Turned out to be not entriely useless and to be fur, she is dealing with an injury that is 10 days or so old.
so she creaked me around and it is a tiny bit better, for instance I didn't take morphine to sleep, altho did load up on other stuff. But she will be seeing me next week, insisted on it and meanwhile I am just going to carry on as usual giving it a big dose of being ignored.

Then orf to Laure-Minervois for a tasting, sat in with a bunch of Flamands then finished off the tasting with what we wanted to taste as well. The lady seemed grateful for our support!

Sat at another table were some other Belgies, Walloons this time, so they spoke proper French and even knew the tiny little place my ex was born in. Course they didn't speak to the Flegms, now why would they?
So bought 9 dozen bottles, some for ere and some for Blighty, including 3 bots of the best oilive oil you'll ever taste.
Don't as k the bill, fairly eye watering but at least we go 8% off.
Then off to a dinner in a village which is sadly a bit overrun wiv Brits and other non-french species.

Latest news, apart form the M and S lights coming on, for no apparent reason, is I think the thrum....thrum...thrum... is coming from the front. I'll get Wifey to drive me a bit today as we has to go out to get her hair done. (I have to be there in case they ask her a question.)

And if it IS from the front I Think I'll take a wodge of cash out and go to see Rob the dutcvh guy 20 miles away, where I'll buy a pair of front half shafts with the CV joints in, as I'm getting close to thinking it might be one of these.
Wifey has just vouchsafed to me that she can feel a vibration under her feet. so passenger side maybe.

Oh and the M and S lights? After trying to get rid of them in the usual dorky manner, namely switching of and then starting up a few times. I revved the nuts off it in neutral, then did a torque test, i.e. foot on the brake while revving it like mad. The test was fine. BUT once they went off and we drove off in it, all of a sudden the gearbox was much more responsive.
As if as piece of sh!t had been stuck in a pipe or somewhere and then came loose. which is mad cos I have changed the filter twic and the oil loads of times.
so, see yez peeps!:):):):)

... that I have fully finished my tour of duty up on the "Wobbler of Death".
The flank wall is fully painted with 2 coats of brilliant-white masonry paint.
I don't think that I will have to do that again in my lifetime, which is good because it is a horrible nasty job. :)
Had a lovely shower, now to put the scaffold tower away in the shed.

Time to relax for the rest of the day then?

Silly thought.... swap the roadwheels from side to side, see if it moves.
Not silly at all, but I do not know where it is coming from not even from the back or the front. If it were just tyres or a missing wheel weight I think I would have spotted that by now. Also all the tyres were new at the same time and seem to have worn equally. I have had out of balance tyres before, so I know what they feel like.
But when I was sitting in the back, nearside, I thought I could feel a vibration through the seat. Which if I wasn't just "feeling things" (ooh, err!) then it would tie in with the rear left hub replaced with "new" aftermarket, a few years back and which seems to be leaking a tiny amount of grease. I was going to change this when my left arm thing kicked off, we also have 7 days of rain forecast, but I think I will do it anyway, whether I need to use a big umbrella or not, as we will be driving back through France at the end of next week.
I'm in one of those silly situations where I almost wish it would get a lot worse then I 'd have a better chance of spotting it.

But yes, I do wish I could narrow it down to a side if not a corner.:(:(:( The trouble is, on the car, all the bearings feel so good, solid and free turning, with no noises.
