SWMBO used to make corned beef fritters; thick slice of corned beef sandwiched between 2 slices of spud, battered and deep fried. Must remind her to make some - been a while since I had one.Ooo corned beef done in batter might be somit to try

SWMBO is at the seaside with her skin n blister until friday. Until then its micro wavey and stuff from the freezer. Saturday at the soonest. (I use the words friday and saturday so's you workers have a sense of the timescales
). As you all know I only have saturdays and Saturdays
