Cut a decent sized cross in the top of them then put salt in and on top of it. bung em int microwiv.
Then take em out, brush the excess salt off and stick butter down the cross.
Better if done in a propa oven but takes much longerer.

Of course u can, as with so many dishes. Doing that gives you the lovely crispy outside while the inside is propa cooked.

We used to cook a chook int microwiv., when nearly finished, stick it on a spit on the barbecue. Absolutely delish, and safe!

Cloudy over here too, but still pleasantly warm. Some furniture out on the covered deck but some of the rest is still cluttering up the lounge so it'll have to go out on the covered patio....I got the first lawn mowed and the mower put away.
All the pots, plants, furniture is off the patio too.
Rain has stopped play.
And sun loungers take up so much room when they aren't out!
Bit of maintenance on them needed too.
Off to do a weeks shop soon, and to find some French dog food. The prices, eek!

Spent the afternoon with my in laws. Only the second time this year. The old boy has dementia but he actually knew who I was. It was very heart warming to be honest I have a lot of respect for him and it is sad how the disease takes someone down

...That I got a second Arduino "Tilt-O-Meter" to work.
This one is a lot simpler, it just calculates the current tilt angles and displays the MAX angles (Left/Right) and the Average of all the Left/Right values it has seen since it has been running.
The output is to a little 16 x 2 character display unit.

Watch oat for ghost brokers. Tis a growing scam fing. They sell yer insurance that dun't eggsist. Or take yer details and change them to make the insurance cost cheaper, but void assit be not using correct details. Or selling yer an insurance policy, gerrin the paperwork then cancelling it to gerra refund which they pocket.
