Wow! That's a really nice old property. Stonework and Lum's look in good nick.
Is this a single family dwelling or a commercial place?

Its a family house an its massive, I pressure washed all the stone work & lum's before we
ripped it apart so they look nice, youve just reminded me to order epoxy cement to point them up. :)
The house is Victorian an is a belter, in days gone by was a children's home.

Seeing as how the place is built on a feck off big slabe cos the water table is on;y a few inches below it, if he did any digging he'd drown!
The cellar is upstairs, as I am sure you have all discovered by now!
My Sister has a funny "Wine Fridge" it isn't to chill wine. It is to keep wine at the temperature of a traditional cellar.
It cost a lot and her hubcap insisted on buying it. He has sadly died and she's stuck with the thing. She tried to offer it as an extra when she sold her place in a shared mansion thing, but the purchaser didn't want it.

Got 20quid for the tarps though. enuff for a 16" pizza for shimmy :D
That is the funniest and most inaccurate description of the type who have Kit cars that I've ever seen!
