Bit dull at the moment but we've been promised some suns around lunchtime. Got a good nights sleep and I'm feeling quite refreshed for it.

Lovely day ATM (no, the other ATM you pervert).
Apparently today I am to go fix a few things that theuseless tw@t BIL cannot possibly do for his Mother because, well, he is all about HIMSELF, the little tÜrdtoad.
After that I am allowed to get back up on the roof and paint a second coat on the section of wall I repaired where the conservatory flashing used to be.
After that, I may be allowed to do stuff I actually WANT to do.

- One of her toilets won't flush unless you lift the lid off and pull the link as it is busted off the handle.
- One of her taps won't turn on.
- Her shower stool is broken & dangerous, so I have bought her a brand-new one.
After that I am allowed to get back up on the roof and paint a second coat on the section of wall I repaired where the conservatory flashing used to be.
After that, I may be allowed to do stuff I actually WANT to do.

Indeed there is! We have 4 places to view over the coming week. They all have a garage and extra outbuildings. If this sale falls through at least I will have the tidiest workshop around!!!Exciting times ahead
