Although not raining 'ere there has obviously been some drizzly rain overnight. Yesterday's cool weather turned out warm and sunny so what is going to happen later on today I have no idea. I will just have to wait and see what 'he' sends me.

....finding a house to buy or rent is problematic! We have arranged to view several but they have all cancelled at the last minute. We were due to go up to north Lincolnshire tomorrow but all three have cancelled.
It seems some properties are being sold without viewing! I like the virtual stuff to get a feel but I cannot bring myself to drop £200k on something I have not looked at

Don’t buy with out viewing........finding a house to buy or rent is problematic! We have arranged to view several but they have all cancelled at the last minute. We were due to go up to north Lincolnshire tomorrow but all three have cancelled.

I would't entertain it but it seems others are basing it on the virtual view because bungalows are selling very quickly
er, I did that though.....Just like buying a Landy
I was VERY lucky but as it was an ebay auction and I had cash, I did not hand over the money until I had checked the numbers and I did a paid for check for stolen etc.
I wonder how many sales will fall apart when the potential buyer goes to have a proper look. There seems to me to be a similarity to the covid bog roll 'snatch and hoard'.I would't entertain it but it seems others are basing it on the virtual view because bungalows are selling very quickly

So a developer purchases these & does them up to a higher standard & sells on.
If a developer has done the work it may be worth a virtual view.
ask for some previous virtual views of places so you can get an idea.
Good luck in this venture it’s 1 of the hardest projects

I did think about blowing it back up,doing my delivery then parking up & having then come out.Can you not lift it and carry on
Problem is I removed my air line last week on a clear out
& yes I have seen others ratchet these up

Not yet, but its getting close to the top of the list
. Got all the stuff, might have a go next week so I can park it in the shade cos its supposed to be getting hotter here over the next week. Will take pics as I go. Haven't managed to track down any LED light clusters of that style might have to send Hella an E-mail to see if they do them.J
