They dont repair them due to the reinforcement in the side walls, once its been punctured you
fdgk'#';lmileage could be a lot more. Its hard to see if they have any other damage so its the manufacturers
say you cant repair them. They can be repaired in the normal way but why take a chance. :)

I thought they had some sort of a light on the dash to warn the driver that a puncture had occurred. If not they should have done. But then the tyre manufacturers would not sell so many RF tyres!:rolleyes:

Yes they are meant to have sensors in them, attached to the valve inside the rim. What happens is
numptys change the tyres an take them off in the incorrect place damaging the valve, Or fitting the
tyre & when the first bead goes on it snaps off the sensor.
The valves are expensive with sensors are so they get replaced with normal ones an the warning light
is always lit up on the dash or programmed to be removed, hence why they cant tell how long they've
had a flat.
