I fort that Disco owners would need a bit of sense to start with before they got a humour!
Anyway, as some of makes allowances for the very off Gaylanderer, I wonder if Hippypottymouth can help me out here, as a friend has a sheared pivot pin on the back seat bracket on his 4-door Hippo. Does the chrome head bit screw out, or push out so that it can be replaced?
It looks as though it could be an 8mm to M6 shoulder bolt x about an inch long.
Any advice would be welcome.
And no my friend, that is a physical impossibility!!

Er not sure. Which bit is it on your Freelander? The pivot point on the back section of the seat where it connects to the base section, or the front section by yer knee when yer sat ont seat? Morning.
Got the seat pin sorted by using an old wiper spindle, drilled and tapped M8, then D&T'd the seat back and tightened it all up.
The rebate on the spindle is exactly the right fit for the hole in the bracket!
Never let it be said that i won't help out a Gaylamderer!
