Cant complain really im sure he will put work my way as I done a lot of work for
him before easy to deal with & a generous fella.

Feck me your existing landlord sounds like a right dick. Don't you have any rights as a tenant? Sounds like he needs to be told the law on all this.
But if the second deal is what you would be happy with then, good for you.

Aye ive been hearing all sorts of things recently he's been a right nob to people over money:(
Better away from him tbh, he will do it to the wrong person & will be very sorry. Cant wait :D
 
I never founded it... my enthusiasm that is... :rolleyes:

Another wasted day and I've only got one more left before I partake in the employed arena again.
I'm not sure if I'm looking forward to it now as I've quite enjoyed being retired over the past three months.

I will say one thing though, it's quite nice to know that I will be able to afford me mortgage over the coming months :D
 
Well I am late to the party today as it is my burfday!:D:D:D:D
Nice to be wished Happy Burfday yesterday by the AULRO but then they get today before we do!!;)
So drinking special whisky from daughter, opening prezzies and then drinking Champagne while eating a Cornish cream tea.
Steak for dins.
