It looks better in the video than I thought in real life up close...
The softer look of the D5 makes peeps think it's not as strong/capable as previous models. The design style also makes it look smaller than it really is. Not keen on the rear view but I like the rest.
 
Neighbours got one of the F Pace's. Nice looking, but a bit too similar to every other luxury SUV. Surprised the entry level one doesn't even have 4WD, and doesn't JLR have enough luxury SUV's these days? (and I bet the replacement Defender will fall in this category as well)

Removing things like low range and 4x4 makes them cheaper to build so they can be more competitive on price. It's what some peeps want as they're only interested in buying the brand or the higher driving position. May seem mad but at least they're buying from jlr and not else where.

My 86" Series I (with full safari hard top) was used daily, and I commuted from Halifax to Glasgow twice a month without her ever missing a beat ... and she led the Keep Land Rover British convoy from Leeds to London a zillion years ago!
