Well not much done today, chopped up a few logs wiv me chainsaw, can't think what else we did.
wifey finished her sewing and had to have a lie down! (Thank god now she can concentrate on stuff!)
Oh yes had to F about with the blessed back side window on the Pluriel. The mechanism only lasts about 5 mins. When I fix this one again it'll be the third time. Plastic sh!te!
Bit of trellis got popped out of its concrete supports so checked and one side bit has broke on a knot, silly beggars who make these things. Can't get it back up as it requires either a sky-hook, which I am fresh out of, or two ladders and help and all mates either too old an doddery to help or too busy to do it before we go back. so a bit of swearing ensued. Will have to jury rig it. Shows how strong the wind was, as well. down to 38 kph today.
sossiges for dins, yum!
Off to bed to read a bit more about how the yanks won the war.
Monty apparently had a bit to do wiv it! Can't believe the tonnage of allied bombs dropped. each time a raid is mentioned the blokey describes it as "2 Eiffel Towers worth or 3 Eiffel Towers worth."
The one that's up now must have had a few retreads!
Nite all!:)

I am still doing what I can in the gym to get back the missing strength and endurance. Today I managed 6 miles in 20 minutes on the recumbent exercise bike which is a decent pace and distance. In addition I have found that a hop-up work stool is ideal for doing single leg step-up exercises at home. To redress the balance in the weaker left leg I make it do 50% more step-ups than the right one. If I went back just a few months, these step-ups would not have been at all possible, so I am pretty pleased with progress so far.

Morning folks:)

Day is looking good so far :)
Have got to get the little trailer empty of the sand so can get it ready to load 2 bikes to get them registered on Tuesday before the dreaded "B" day.
1 is a friends trial type, and mine is the ZED. Got to work out how to get a 500LB bike on single handed, that last I remember had a seized rear caliper so I guess that's the first job.
