I've had a think... yes, I know it's dangerous but I carefully calculated the risk and decided it was worth it. :)

Rather than use my untaken holidays from this year and leave early I've decided that I'll turn up at the office until the end of me notice period and take the holidays as money because I'm not sure I'll have any employment after I leave yet so the money could well be most beneficial to me.

We do but they don't tend to deal with the lower paying jobs.
They tend to focus entirely on the higher paying positions which means they can get a higher commission rate, in fact some charge up to 15% of the initial salary offered to the successful candidate. :eek:
Which is beneficial given some salaries begin at £50k for the positions they are working with.
