Goodness! @kevstar
Who owns that lot?
Is that a Ford Pilot with the trunk on the back?
Love the e-type.

A chap I know not far from my house, The E type is a belter.
The one with the trunk is a Humber super snipe, that was the only one I sat in, very cool car. :)

With all those tool chests around etc it looks like a pro garage. Has someone just given up or summat? How much is for sale? Loads of lovely old vehicles, one under a dustsheet, red with wire wheels, what is it?
Well you've got the dosh from your Landy burning a hole in your pocket!

The old chap was a tool maker also has a couple of workshops that I didnt picture.
He restores stuff but collects more lol
The red one with wire wheels is a xjs convertible next to another xjs
Im not buying anything off him haha ive been trying to buy the aluminium boat off him for years
but he wont sell it & he wants to buy my albatross but im not selling it either lol
Everything is for sale but he wants top dollar for everything.

Don't know enough about boats but wondered if it was a Riva. The eyeties do know how to make a pretty boat don't they? And this is from a guy who used to live in the town where they make Sunseekers.

Afta ffing about for ages trying to get the armature nut undone on that blessed vacuum cleaner motor that needs the commutator cleaning I eventually just used a strip of wet'n'dry and put the drill up against the nut on the end of the shaft. Span it up in a vice and managed to get the armature all shiny.
Tested it to make sure I had put all the electrical connections back on right, it span up OK so will put it all back together maybe tomorrow a.m.
But had to clean a ton of plaster dust out of all the housings.
Moral of the story, if you are going to leave a trade in your house when you are absent, lock the Hoover away!!

Went and bought the present for tomorrows peeps who will be giving us dinner. Saw the biggest crowd of pikeys white caravans and white vans ever, :(:(:(:(:(all around a building that has recently become disused. They had broken open fire hydrants to get water, mains boxes to get mains. Sh!t is not the word. Must have been over 50 vans. Wondering how long it'll take the authorities to move them on.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Makes you wish you owned a bazooka with loads of ammo!

Are they all moving to your place to look after it while you are away?

Honestly, even though we have 6000 sq metres, there wouldn't be enough room!
And luckily access would be ffin difficult. but it does make you wonder.
I think they may, just may, all be on the move somewhere as there is a time, or times, in the year when they all migrate, for some reason, so hoping this is one of those.
