Morning All :D
Could somebody please "have a word" with weather management?
It's raining, and I don't want to get soaked going to the gym.:(
I was hoping to be able to tidy up the workshop and do some trike building, but rain prevents that because I don't want to put the trikes out in the rain to get the workspace.
Never mind, maybe I will design the new roof for the conservatory instead.
Have a great day everyone! :D

Just has an email from one of the delivery companies I canvassed the other day about any jobs and they've come back to say although they don't have any full-time driving jobs going that might be looking for some part-time multi-drop drivers on the run-up to Christmas.
I suppose I can't really be picky in case I end up with nothing so I've put me name forward for it. :)

Oh, I forgot to mention that I've also applied for a job at the Islands only factory bakery as a delivery driver.
I used to love delivery driving in Lunnen when I was a student.
One time filled in for the normal driver at a wine merchants in Victoria. got back at lunchtime, empty, they asked "why are you back here?"I said "well, i;ve finished, ready for the next load" They didn't believe me until I opened the back. Told me "you must be driving too fast!"
Turns out the old boy who did it took a cup of tea after each drop and never organised the load properly, so just drove all over the place.
So I got them to load in reverse order to the delivery addresses by postcode, in a spiral from the warehouse, fu cked off, dropped, went home, took the affo off, turned the van in just before going home time!
Loved it!

The last time I drove one I managed to throw myself out of it because I forgot how quickly they turned. :D
Dangerous bugres, Once heard of a warehouse had to fill an order in a hurry on a Saturday. the boss jumped in to help, killed himself when it went over trapping him with the safety roll bar thingy.
There is a reason for the training I spose!
