Morning All :D
Wow! Another lovely looking day. :)
Coffee made, treadmill awaits.
Got to unblock the utility-room sink later. :(
Now down to 12-12-8, weight loss is slowing down on lockdown it seems or I have plateau'd.
Only five and a half pounds heavier than I was 21 years ago, so that's positive. Only 26 and half more to go.:)

Ok this is me being naive.. what is 12-12-8?

my scales arent that accurate
I bought a set of Salter scales (<£20) that does both/either measuring system. The 30 YO spring scales they replaced were measuring over 14Lbs "light".
The Salter ones measure Body fat % and a whole load of other gubbins too. But I got them for the Imperial/Metric and granularity of measurement "Ozs" & Grammes.
Very good value.

Posh or wot :). Mind you, Wimblowdriver Towers as got an orangery. (Others would say its a ramshackle lean-to shed on the side of the 'ouse :p).
It is barely a room as its only 6' 8" x 8' 0" but it's really useful. I get banished there to wash-up after doing metalworking stuff. She says it is "common" to wash up at the kitchen sink (lah-de-dah, or what?).

Who's feeling a bit ...
