I didn't even try, after looking around on tinter web thingy I came to the conclusion there's not really a way to do it with out damage and noone that can provide an outer casing (watch someone prove me wrong now !) I have been in through the back and do the deed, the remote now lights up when button's are pressed but I haven't managed to re sync the key with the car need to get my remote receiver checked I guess the joy's of owning a range rover !

so the r/f my be u/s.it may have knackered your locks.dont use a second hand one if it is faulty,get the latest model from r/r or a r/r indy like island 4x4,overlanders etc.
