Hi all. After a little break from p38s I found my life was getting almost easy and stress free. To remedy this I bought a 2001 v8 bordeux the other day for scrap money just to have something to swear at. I understand these were a ltd edition but this one seems very special indeed. It will not overheat or pressurise which my previous ones all did at some point ??. All the electrics seem to work and it locks and unlocks with the fob? The eas has been removed and replaced with springs so my laptop and reset disc can stay covered in dust.
It was smoking a bit when I first got her going but had been stood ages and seems to have cleared. Could I actually have a p38 that's not broken?? Time will tell. Currently hidden behind the barn as p38s are banned from our spot after our first child was almost born in one when the eas **** itself on the way to the hospital at 2am a few years back. Contractions and bump stops don't go well with country lanes apperently.

Welcome back......glad you are pleased with your purchase.....

As for the EAS issue, I would recommend looking to put it back on air, but your choice....

So technically it is broken :D:D:D:D:D:D

I'll look forward to seeing it around! I also recently went mad and bought another trouble maker...
